Men Vs Women In The Business

Gender difference is a huge debate and can be found everywhere. Pick literature, for example, it brims with gender differences, series of comparisons, and judgment on who’s better than who.  But if we look at the gender science and study it deeply it occurs to us that the question is not about who is better but about the differences between the two.

Which gender is better than the other at doing good business?

No one! As the debate is not about the inferiority but the differences. It has been researched and proven with analytical study that neither men nor women can be categorized as ‘perfect-for-success-in-the-corporate-world’ as both have shortcomings and weaknesses. For instance in long hours after the lunch breaks men tend to be lethargic about holding a meeting while women would just roll it over while planning for the next day’s agenda as well as they are born to do multi-tasking.

Each of the gender has some qualities which the other lacks. The idea is to use their assets together and make team for successes. Together they can work in a better way. It’s proven, we have seen this, we have experienced this, and we have witnessed this.

woman vs men in the businessWhich gender would you find more in the business?
Male, because businesswomen entered the corporate world only in recent years. But this factor should not undermine their credibility as many top names of the business world include female names too. In fact, it is appreciable that these women made their mark in such a short period of time while many men are still trying to reach this point which proves that it’s all about the self; if you have the potential and the ability to gain success you are definitely going to get that no matter which you belong to. We should focus more on creating partnership between these two sexes so that we could use the assets of both the genders to gain corporate successes.

How Women Are Changing Business
Women are different than men, and it turns out we do business differently than men. Well, I’m certain that the subset of women known as mompreneurs and WAHMs (work-at-home-moms) have an even more pronounced difference in their approach.

Women in Business launch success
On Tuesday night the Isle of Man Women in Business network held its launch event and more than 130 women (and two men) turned up. I’m on the steering.

Men vs. Women
The number of women who felt this way was slightly smaller. Since this is typically an application used for business, this could indicate that men are still more likely than women are to be using their smartphones for work.
