Internet can help the teachers to become more effective.  With online activities they can make the learning process more engaging and more attention-grabbing, and the effectiveness will come as a by-product.

Many educationists believe that Internet is destroying the standards of institutional education system. They have particular skepticism for online degrees and online education institutes. They believe that an online degree should not be established because when compared to traditional degree awarding system, the online learning is considered less effective.

Another great concern about the negative impact of internet on education is Plagiarism. It has been observed that students often take assistance online in their academic assignments.
